Front office team was really bad, knowledge and communication did not appear, they could not even answer simple questions, can’t fix their own mistakes. They were not trained at all. Restaurant team looked tired of certain demographic of quests, who are demanding and rude to the staff, but once they get to know you staff was really nice. When we first arrived I was initially put off by our room (we reserved a suite) and how busy the main restaurant was (quite overwhelming when you’re tired and hungry).
