"For the price, the hotel did not stand up to other properties. Very little in the way of dining. The AC in our living room did not work. Maintainence came but didnt fixed it, left a fan insteas. Temperature was at the consistent 27 C our 3 day stay. Parking off site. Location of hotel was near points of interest and restaurants. Staff was helpful."

"Initially some issues with the room where we raised it with the front desk and was moved promptly to another one. Spa and Pool in need of renovation, the outdoor is also in need of some love.
Bar staff extremely slow outside, to the point it was quicker to go inside and order rather than waiting. Really good location, and the hotel could do so much better with some a bit more care and attention to the property and service. Will be back and hopefully it'll be improved!"

"We arrived late after a stressful journey and the hotel couldn't have been a better antidote. The room service was excellent, the food genuinely good, and the bath alone was worth the trip. The bed was incredibly comfortable and the surroundings were beautiful. We didn't get to experience everything the hotel has to offer, but what we did was enough to make us want to come back and do it properly. A genuinely restorative stay."

"Immaculate and royal-ish property I have ever stayed. Feel like a queen in her elegant palace which original stones exterior and classical and well care interior. Room design with chandeliers in both bed and bathrooms, mirrors. Fancy carpet in bedroom and marble in bathroom. A Stand-alone bathtub and a shower. Bathroom fixtures are well polished and work great. The king bed and beautiful bedding that I wish to own the same.

"Second time staying here. Expensive, and both breakfast and parking cost extra. Breakfast was good, but not excellent like some other stays we had on this trip. Parking is tight but doable. The Plate restaurant next door is very good for dinner. "
