"From the moment we walked in the door we were so welcomed and looked after. The staff were exceptionally helpful, the room was impeccable with the most gorgeous view over the ocean, and the room service was so friendly and clean. Our room was spotless, with a lovely turn down service and treats every night. We absolutely can’t wait to visit again, thank you for the beautiful memories! "

"Our stay was great,their food was great but the drinks were not the best.They didn’t know how to make Margaritas,and Pina Coladas.Manager was great but incurred some extra cost when we arrived at the facility and some didn’t make sense.There massage parlor was good but overpriced.lastly they turn off water and WiFi on the day of check out at midnight even before you leave which was the craziest thing I have ever seen!!"

"This property is beautiful and breathtaking. The views and the finishes are immaculate. Everything was clean and luxurious. The food and the staff on the other hand were not. It took over an hour for our food and waters to come. The orders were totally wrong. 2/3 of us actually got sick because they did not listen to our food allergies. "We have been to The Residence several times before and have really enjoyed it and so were very keen to return this time. It was just approaching the rainy season and so it was rather quiet with the majority of the guests already going home but, on the whole, we still had good weather with only rain once during the day.
