"Sehr freundliches, flexibles und entgegengekommenes Personal. Man fühlt sich immer willkommen und wie zu Haus. Die Lage ist perfekt, absolut zentral und doch ruhig. Das umfangreiche und frische Frühstücksangebot und der tolle Aussenpool mitten im Grünen, umgeben von blühenden Blumen und mit Blick auf den eindrucksvollen Lecher Hausberg Omeshorn, sind für mich weitere Highlights."

"The rooms definitely need renovations. The hallway to reach the room takes a good 20 mn of walk!! On top of having skied all day and paying no less of 700€ a night. The gondola is not even included to reach the town (only at check-in and check-out) which is an additional 22€ per couple per ride. The bed is not comfortable at all and still using 2 single beds which is not adequate for a couple. Room service stops at 9pm which does not make sense! "
