"Reception area is really not to the level of the whole place. It would benefit to have a better, more welcoming approach with more stylish Receptionists not yelling their infos so the next person couldn’t hear what was said to her… A little elegance would help the first approach to this beautiful place. (Take example of the Country Club Members’ Club Desk) The Valet Service was pleasant and efficient but truly, $53.00 per night for Valet Parking is a little exaggerated especially when it is for several nights and that the weather calls for flooding! Otherwise, it was a lovely place, thank you."
