"The cleanliness of the room was not the best. We actually had to go out & buy a mop because the floors were flithy. Also, I did not appreciate the fact that we were responsible for washing the towels and sheets prior to check out ; among other “check out rules”. If these things weren’t done, then we would be charged over $100 extra. Some things are reasonable, but what’s the purpose of charging over $200 cleaning fee if we’re the ones having to do the majority of the work (while on vacation)....

"Check in was very easy and the host would answer messages sent in a reasonable amount of time however the bathrooms were not cleaned very well at all and they provided very minimal towels, pillows and sheets. The gate security was also hassle at times but it may just be that at this time they were in the process of switching to a new system. The internet did not work for most of our stay which was a bit disappointing because we could not use any of the TVs without it."

"Everything was literally perfect. Just as the pictures advertised. Our kids lost it when they walked in and explored the house and found the themed rooms, the theater and the pool. Pool was amazing! We opted for heat which made the stay even better having a hot tub. White rose was very responsive to our needs and had quick response time. The resort amenities were clean, the staff was friends and helped us find parking when the pool lot was full. Lazy river was a blast for the kids. Plenty of...

"We were very disappointed with this property. I asked to get hot tub and pool heated and i was willing to pay the $40 fee. I received no response from Expedia or the property manager until 2nd last day. I was trying everyday a few times a day. I finally got a response that the hot tub and pool heater were broken. If i knew this i wouldn't have booked this property. I had grandkids that would've loved to use this everyday. Also many things wrong in the house. Kitchen sink garberaror"

"I had no contact with anyone that worked there. The only thing I can say is I’ve never stayed at place in Orlando where the house was that dirty. The carpets were absolute filthy. There’s no way anybody has cleaned those carpets in the last century. The main bedroom en suite the shower curtain was disgusting. There was a mattress in the closet for a crib that had pee stains on it, and you couldn’t even hang your clothes because the mattress was in the way. Filthy!"

"The staff were very courteous and friendly. When we arrived, the air was broken. I called and they came to fix it the same day. The washer would work off and on. I couldn’t wash a full load. I called about that. No one ever came to fix that. I didn’t complain. I just decided to wash all of my clothes when I got back home. The apartment suite was clean, but not the level of clean I am used to. There were stains on the throw pillows. There was an airpod (not ours) under the bed which was an...

"The couch downstairs was very dirty. The drawers for the fridge were broken. The garbage can foot pedal was broken and cut my daughter’s foot. The barstools at the counter were very unsteady. Up stairs in the master bathroom there was black mold on the shower wall. The shower door frame rail was all dirty and rusty. Both sets of bunk beds were very unsteady and couldn’t have anyone sleep on the top bunk. During our stay there one of the bathrooms had ants coming from the wall. Property...

"Ivan at checkin was wonderful but the house had issues from the start. the entire pool deck wasn't cleaned, goggles floating in hot tub, crushed fruity pebbles, cigar and cigarettes butts on the ground and previous renters left heat on in spa/pool so pool was 103 degrees. Multiple calls to get resolution but nothing. Then pool guy came the next day and skimmed it but had to add chlorine and said we couldn't use it now for 2 hours. wasn't able to enjoy pool at all due to temp, BBQ was broken,...
