"Very close (walking distance if not raining) to the old city - allow a good day to cover it all, and this is one of the least commercialised water-towns accessible from Suzhou or Shanghai, but not much else to do there unless you're at a conference etc. that the hotel caters for. Good, comfortable, clean working room with full amenities, nice view of the lake, very good local arts shop in the lobby. "Great pool"

"Small boutique hotel in a very good location (next to subway, close to attractions). The hotel was quiet, staff were very friendly. Even the cheapest room was very spacious. It was superb value for the price. Only downside was shower had a bit of mould on the seals (more a design flaw as moisture can’t escape). "

"We were not able to travel on this date due to family emergency and the hotel refuses to change our stay to the new date or even gave us a credit. We did not want our money just change the date to another date as we were still committed to go to our customer in Shanghai."
