"The rooms in this hotel need to be refurbished...very dated accomodations with old carpet in guest rooms and very old bedspreads on the beds. Being the only hotel in Oyster Bay, it has a captive audience. I realize it would be a major upgrade expence but it is time. The staff was friendly and helpful."

"El desayuno que te ofrecen es el peor que he tenido en los 26 años que llevo en este país y que acostumbro mucho viajar, el primer día llegué a las 10:58 am y me dijeron solo tenían dos personas para limpiar y mi cuarto estaría listo en 30 minutos después al otro día al desayuno lo único que había era una máquina de café, jugo naranja y unos sandwich helados, no me quedé la segunda noche porque no me sentía bien estando allí la tercera noche regresé a quedar me y en la mañana fui a desayunar...

"The hotel just appeared to be old and not well maintained. The common hall was not air-conditioned ad it smelled. The bathroom needed help. Bath tub faucet would not keep prmpetature unless the shower was running I ran hot water in my legs due to cramps, the regulator kept moving until my legs were burning. Tge tub was stained black. I would have never taken a bath in that. No toiletries. The kitchen had no footwear, dishes, glasses etc"

"We had a large group coming at all different times from different parts of the country and every team member was kind, accommodating, smart and so helpful! What a nice job everyone did!"

"Stayed here 5nights while visiting family living nearby. Good size king room, very clean and fantastic staff. The ladies who run the breakfast buffet are great! Housekeeping is awesome. On site laundry on 3rd floor is handy and area was also clean. It’s run remotely by an app you can download to your smartphone. We’d definitely stay here again."

"The most disgusting place I've ever been. There were no locks on outside doors, our room door showed "no smoking" but there were many cigarette holes on the sheets and blanket. There were no tiles, the bathtub was gross, the furniture was falling apart, there were holes everywhere, wires were sticking out on the ceiling, and we couldn't wait to get out, even if it meant no return of funds. This place should not be listed ANYWHERE!"
