"Favorite place to stay when I come to visit"

"Couldnt access the front door entrance when checking in. We were told the pool wasn’t available, which was the main reason we chose this hotel. After checking in, found large toenail clippings in the carpet! Also, black marks on pillows, possibly makeup? I was told that I should’ve contacted the main desk about this. "Location was convenient, staff was very helpful and kind, air conditioning was great, room was clean for most parts. Property is needed repairs and furniture in dining area also. Breakfast was cold at 7 am a lot of things were not available"

"I was charged 3 times and no one seemed to know why. They said to wait 24 hours. The first 2 charges then after I called another charge showed up. the TV remote hardly worked. Very frustrating to see charges show up and no one seemed to know why. I was told to try and call when a manager was available. Tried customer service but took a very long time."

Due to construction delays, we didn’t arrive until after midnight, but the desk staff was welcoming, reassured us that we parked the truck correctly, checked us in promptly, and offered us free waters (we were visibly exhausted!)
