"Room was clean but you can get a sense of how the vibes in the area were once u got to the parking lot, people smoking and drinking outside of the hotel, once I got inside I had problems with getting to my room because they had messed up the names, then once I got the keys to my room there were people drinking in the hallways of the hotel. Room was clean but the service was horrible we asked 3 times to get new towel or even get the beds maid but the never did."

The pillows and mattress were uncomfortable. The shower’s water pressure wasn’t great, but there was hot water, the bathroom amenities were fine. The walls felt pretty thin, there were babies/children crying in the room next to mine on and off until 2 am. There were also people coming and going a lot...
