Another person in our group had their bathroom door fall off and they had to be moved to another room. Another in our group had a shower that didn’t work."

"The only problem we had our room was not cleaned. We didn’t want it cleaned the first two days so we put the sign . The third day we wanted the room cleaned for the next two days. They did not clean it the third day we ran out of towels we had piles of tiles piles of washcloth piles are trash, etc. so we went down and we complained and they gave us a $25 gift card that we could use for either Beverly or drinks we did not use it."
