The Pfister Hotel

10/10 Excellent

"I grew up in Milwaukee and moved away after college. I always dreamt of staying at the Pfister Hotel. We came for a wedding in the third ward so had the opportunity to do so. It did not disappoint. The lobby is absolutely gorgeous and the front desk staff very friendly and welcoming. The room was spacious and clean. Room service was excellent as well as the drinks in the lobby bar. I would definitely recommend the Pfister to anyone that wants to experience downtown Milwaukee at its finest of years gone by and today."

"Room was nice but couldn't adjust the air. We were on 2nd floor so it was warm. Bathroom sink had a steady stream of hot water flowing the entire time. Took over 10 minutes to check in, waiting on service desk to arrive. No way to communicate with them, other than yelling. Breakfast consisted of granola bars & oatmeal. There is a $150 security deposit. Definitely not worth the $150 night stay"

"This wonderful landmark hotel is beautiful ! The staff and service was amazinng With that said, event pricing was high or typical for all the rooms. We had a standard queen room with one night stand? Typically you have 2 people staying. So, having a nightstand on the other side of the bed and move the small chair to the other end of the windows would give more utilization to the customers Also, having a kureg with only coffee pods, no tea or complementary water bottles for tea is a bit lacking The carpets and curt were not very clean. All and all an amazing stay with some tweaks advice for a better stay Especially when the room we stayed in for 1 nights was well over 800$ for the 2 nights . Is now 119 for the night."

"Clean, spacious room. Loved the motorized blackout shades and full sized refrigerator in the room. Breakfast was good, but very crowded which was no fault of the hotel's, but made it difficult to access all that the breakfast offered. Hotel was close to American Family Field which was the reason for our stay. If attending a Brewer game, we'd stay here again."
