"I was given the handicapped room. The sink was falling off the wall and the drain had garbage probably from the last person that stayed there. Floors were dirty; the wet towel on the floor turned black when I slid it on the floor. AC is very loud and the garbage truck wakes you up in the middle of the night. Also, a couple of the staff members knocked over a cart or boxes and fell on my car making a dent on the hood. I reported this to the person on call and nothing was done about it. This is a cheap motel but nothing else. "

"When I checked in there was no one at the front desk and I hadn’t received my room number or code so I had to make a phone call to get it. I checked in later at night and left early in the morning and there were people hanging out in the parking lot smoking, walking dogs, etc. just didn’t feel safe. Also saw roaches in my kitchen "

"This once great hotel has gone down to a less than an average place to stay. The cost to stay remains very high even though it is run down. The rooms are outdated. Furniture is old, worn out, and mismatched. The ceilings are cracked. HVAC system vents are filthy with dirt and dust. Toilets are very slow. Internet went in and out. We won't be staying there again. Very dissapointing."

"What a fantastic hotel right in the heart of Tempe. Easy walking distance to Tempe Beach Park and everything on Mill Avenue. Great rooftop, pool bar and entertainment along with a great restaurant and staff. And to top it off, they are pet friendly. We had a wonderful stay!!"

"Sigh...I have been choosing to stay at the Moxy since we moved my daughter into ASU a year and a half ago. This last visit was very disappointing with issue after issue. These included a leak in the bathroom which lead to 3 requests for clean towels after cleaning the leak. The door lock needing to be charged. The TV remote not being responsive. And then add 15 9-12 year old boys running and screaming and splashing. I have second thoughts about booking here again in the future."

"Booked through Expedia so couldn't check in online. Room in an odd layout, some lights did not work, shower pressure was AWFUL. Room was quiet, clean, and spacious enough. Plenty of parking, close to food, and other stores. "
