"Great other than construction "

"Room was clean. Heard some walking from the neighbors above us. A couple of the doors need some attention. Our hotel room closed so hard and made a large noise when we fully closed it. Our bathroom door swung open on it's own and if we didn't fully open it when leaving the room, it would "fall" open and make a noise when it hit the wall. The breakfast area was very busy on the 2nd morning we were there and not enough sitting room for everyone. We ended up eating in the lobby area on a couch. "

"We love old homes and enjoyed the historic feel of the Oliver Inn. Parking in the ramp directly across the street was very convenient. The room’s coded entry worked out great. "our stay was great- 1st time at this property- have been too and stayed in Duluth MANY times, this is a hotel I would return too on another trip! A plus- it had a Sauna- and a rooftop pool we were not aware of, so this was a nice bonus! Breakfast is one of the better ones we have had- breakfast room is a great size, not crowded by people, room to move - only downfall there was no 'meat' for breakfast (bacon/sausage) otherwise staff was friendly and nice, and I would definitely recommend and will...

"My first US Hostel experience. It was a busy weekend and the Hostel directions to checkin worked great. The hostel was quiet for a good sleep. No issues with privacy in the bunk area or bathrooms and no overnight disruptive noise! It was a great lower cost option in Duluth. Just a couple blocks off of the walking trail and restaurants"
