"Allways a pleasure to stay at Sonesta ES in Paradise valley. There's just never an issue and staff is always accommodating. Comfortable, nice rooms for relaxing peacefully every time. I wish others could accomplish this model. They do it right! Thank you"

"Hard to find the first time because the address provided really doesn’t exist. Just use the address for the office to make finding it more straightforward. Then, provide a couple of parking spaces to use during check-in. Also, a couple of signs pointing visitors in the right direction would be incredibly helpful. Access to luggage carts required the office to be open and we lost time at departure waiting for the office to open at 9:00. Floors and carpets in our room could stand to be cleaned."

"The valet staff were excellent and friendly. The Zuzu not so much. And the happy hour drink offerings were sparse. The room was large, clean and well appointed. Housekeeping was also very attentive and friendly. Really appreciated the complimentary bottled water. We weren't sure.if the snacks were also complimentary because there was no info on that. Good value for a very elegant, quiet and modernized resort. I would definitely stay again if in the area."

"Only downside of this motel is 10$ parking fee and the parking lot is almost empty, bright side is right next to Scottsdale Fashion Square the largest mall in Arizona and one these top mall in the country, and close to fabulous restaurants, bars and nightclubs in Old Town Scottsdale,"
