Das Personal gibt vielleicht sein Bestes aber ein gut geführtes, gestaltetes und gepflegtes Haus sieht - unserer Meinung nach - anders aus. Die Wege zu den Zimmern wirken unaufgeräumt. Die Aussenterrasse könnte mit relativ wenigen Maßnahmen richtig schön sein, ist aber eher verwahrlost. Resume: Vielleicht ist es auch alles Geschmacksache. Unseren hat das Haus nicht getroffen. "

"Room was lovely and clean. Bathrooms are quite small for a family room, but we managed fine. We were in the Roesli but could use facilities at the sister hotel the Baslertor which is across the road. Pool was lovely, plenty of towels and a sauna. Will be great in the summer! Staff were lovely and walked us over to show us how to get in. There’s no lift so be mindful of those heavy bags! A lovely stay for the night."
