"Beautiful property with great history, spacious renovated rooms, great dining options and spaces, and a perfect location to experience Karlovy Vary. Breakfast buffet is wonderful, with many options. Spa and wellness facilities offer a wide variety of treatments and services - just ensure to book a few days ahead to get your preferred times. One of Europe’s true grand hotels worth a visit."

"Location is great, the rooms are spacious with high ceilings, fully renovated. The daily room cleaning was not to the 4-star level we are used to, though. The carpet flores were not properly vacuumed, the beds were merely made, and the towels were changes once in 4-5 days. Also, the TV channels were very limited, particularly in English language. Bring your Netflix with you."

"This lives up to its name- very romantic! The room was comfortable and well-decorated, the included breakfast buffet was one of the best I’ve had anywhere, the staff very friendly and helpful with ideas for spas, and the in-house massage excellent. Parking is available and the location is central to the spas and colonnades. Highly recommended!"
