"A great stay at the Rotana, the staff are fantastic and amenities spot on. Our room could have done with a bit of an update, the shower seal was leaking, and bidet wasn’t fully working but other than that great value for money and breakfast was lovely, we would definitely stay again."

"tasty breakfast"

"Everything was wonderful!!"

"Nothing to say."

"Excellent service"

"Fantastic staff and a beautiful property."

"We had a wonderful stay at Emirates Palace in a beautiful sea-view room with Club Lounge access. The property is truly grand and spectacular, with so much to do without ever needing to leave — from camel rides to a variety of activities throughout the resort. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, but the Club Lounge team was truly exceptional. Everyone was so accommodating and went above and beyond to make our stay special, including helping us arrange dinner reservations and...

"We spent three wonderful days at The Édition Abu Dhabi, and it was truly fantastic. From the moment we arrived, we received a very warm welcome from Irish’s, who went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable. We are incredibly grateful for her kindness and attention throughout our visit. We had a wonderful time at the Library Bar. The staff were absolutely amazing, and the cocktails were both delicious and original. The À La Carte brunch was another highlight, offering healthy,...

"Generally good experience. The first room I was given had strong damp/moldy smell. I had to ask for a new room, which was better."

"Nice buffet and pool and beach facing the mosque."

"Very bad smell in the room"

"The room and bathroom were so clean, very spacious and quiet for sleeping, the is close to everything in downtown Abu Dhabi, the staff and receptionist are so kind and helpful. Overall very nice stay. I strongly recommend this hotel."

"The establishment did not feel like a 5* hotel. Check-in process was rather long and rooms were not all ready for the check-in time. Breakfast was very poor, very limited offering and with buffet items not being refilled. Location is okay but I felt the staff at lobby were unhelpful meanwhile housekeeping staff was excellent. More like a 3 or 4 star hotel, not 5 star"
