Second had to make a call and we received our key and apartment number. They didn't want to connect us to the wifi although the say free wifi. So 1st day no wifi The tv went out, the guy say the subscription was canceled and we needed to call about it. Idk who they expected us to call but we were without tv the last 3 days.
