"Clean rooms!"

"We arrived late and they sent their shuttle to pick us up at the airport. They have nice, warm cookies for guests. Nothing near the hotel except the convention center so they make the shuttle available to get to town/ rental car pick up point. Hotel very empty. Staff friendly. Nice, comfortable room and very good price/value."

"Got to the motel around 8:30 to 9 PM. Door was locked with a piece of paper taped to the door, instructing me to call a number for help. I did, multiple times. No answer whatsoever. I had to find alternate arrangements."

No fault to the staff but the first room the fridge did not work. Second room, wasnt clean at all. Finally landed in a 3rd room and upgraded me for the hassle. If the front desk recommends the Mexican restaurant around the corner, avoid it at all costs - we threw away $35 on the worse food ever - which we had to throw. "The front desk staff are all friendly. However, I rated the person in the breakfast area 3 stars. While we were having breakfast, she made us feel unwelcome to eat. She is also yelling at other guests. I was about to give 5 stars, and I usually tip the breakfast attendants wherever we go. Hopefully, someone will inform her not to disturb guests while they are having breakfast in peace."
