"Not safe!!!
Things were stolen from our hotel room! Staff did nothing and didn't seems to care. Signs clearly state that they do not clean rooms unless requested, yet they cleaned ours the day after we reported the missing items. No cameras in hallways or elevator. Witnessed another person having a bag stolen as well. I am in awe of the lack of care the staff has. Do not trust this place!"

"I was double charged for our stay! I booked with Expedia and pre-paid for the rooms., Showed the hotel receipts and confirmation but y he hotel charged me again because they stated they didn’t get payment from Expedia.
I feel that this should’ve been handled between Expedia and Ramkota hotel as I had all receipts which they also had to show that rooms were paid for."

"Bed bugs in first room, got a picture of it on the wall.. didn’t want to stay at the hotel at all after that, but it was late and we were tired so we moved to a different floor and a different wing… got pictures of Bedbugs on the pillowcase and it also looked as if the bedding hadn’t even been changed in the second room so we just left."
