"Hi there was a lady bartender she was limping and the lady African American who check us in (sorry I am not good with names ) they both exceeded the expectation the other they were ok! the breakfast was good but if some items went out they took long time to refill, so over all our stay was good"

"Got to the motel around 8:30 to 9 PM. Door was locked with a piece of paper taped to the door, instructing me to call a number for help. I did, multiple times. No answer whatsoever. I had to find alternate arrangements."

"We loved how smart this place was. The rooms were useful, the staff was very nice, and the breakfast was good (as was the coffee). The location was great and easy to get to all the attractions. The pool table in the foyer was my son's favorite, as was the gym. We were on a road trip around the Dakotas and stayed in 4 hotels over a week and a half, and this was our favorite."

Ho dovuto cambiare stanza dopo la prima notte (mancava la tenda oscurante, una lampada del comodino non funzionava e polvere sulla testiera del letto) e anche la seconda non era tranquilla (le reti scricchiolavano con ogni movimento). "Great location and several restaurants in walking distance. Friendly staff. A/C was little too loud for us so had to turn it off before going to bed. Breakfast was nice but I wish they rotated hot items. Shower water pressure was great. Food was same everyday. Juice and coffee were pretty good. Pool was closed for some reason druing our 4 days of stay. Exercise room smelled very musty. I wish they refreshed exercise room regularly. Overall it was an average hotel."

"We stayed here for 3 days, the pool and water slide made our vacation great for the grandchildren. The staff were great,no complaints. The laundry room was convenient and clean. Breakfast was good and the gentleman who served , checked the food was extremely patient with the traveling guests."

"as i entered the propert i immediately was confronted with two sex workers, both of whom were being hired by two swarthy, dirty, and skittish men. these couples found their way down the hall, and i to the front desk attendant, who thought it best to give me a room right next to this group. I proceeded to my room, where there was no Wi-fi -- it was down for the entire property -- where I twiddled my thumbs."

"The front desk staff are all friendly. However, I rated the person in the breakfast area 3 stars. While we were having breakfast, she made us feel unwelcome to eat. She is also yelling at other guests. I was about to give 5 stars, and I usually tip the breakfast attendants wherever we go. Hopefully, someone will inform her not to disturb guests while they are having breakfast in peace."

"We couldnt check in because the manager never showed up. After waiting outside for almost 2 hours and three phone calls my husband and i ended up leaving and driving the rest of the 6 hours home. I also have current picturea that i want to share because the property today is nothing like what is posted on your website. I would like a refund please because on the third phone call the manager told me he never received my reservation from Expedia and he had issues with Expedia in the past. This...

"There was no ice container, no glasses in the room. No trash container in the bathroom. Was not impressed with the breakfast in the morning. Only had waffles and a long line to use the waffle maker and cereal with no milk."

"Staff not always there, just a note to call them...but I found that they don't always answer. Vent fan in bathroom was full of dirt, shower curtain was dirty, weird fixture by sink w very sharp edges. Loud people and street noise all night. Absolutely didn't feel safe and got 0 sleep."
