Hyatt Place Rapid City / Downtown
Clean room, lovely facility, decent breakfast-coffee temperature was not hot enough. The delightful hostess was very apologetic and brought both the regular and decaf temps to acceptable temps right away. Nicest employee in entire hotel!

Room was great, front desk girls amazing. Breakfast was terrible. Pool and hot tub amazing. Noise level was insane. Had to gonto desk twice because room next door was insanely loud and having a party.
