"Place... I am still trying to figure out how they are still open. My ac was acting up and I told them about it they was going to leave a note for someone to come fix the next morning... nobody came. The ceiling leak on the floor and the bed. The place was disgusting."

"Rooms was horrible...carpet was nasty..we had to change r own sheets cause they had hair on them..bathroom shower didn't work..if it wasn't for the crawfish festival we would have tried to stay somewhere else..but I will say..the lady working the desk was so supper Nice and tried her best to help us..They even had to rent a SUV to shuttle the customers back and forth to the crawfish festival...and with all that the hotel had going on with the horrible rooms those ladies made it all worth wild...

"The people on the desk(Lovie) did there level best to help us. I am not neccesarily a picky person, willing to overlook a lot. But, the first room by a mistake was not non smoking, and reeked beyond what Febreze could handle, second room was some what better, except the drain in the shower would not drain, the third room, the shower worked, quite shabby,worn out comes to mind, the bed was made up, pillows missing pillow cases, had to go request towels..The pool was not open and looked very...
