"Extremely disappointing experience from start to finish. This resort advertises itself as “all-inclusive,” but it absolutely did not feel that way. One of the bars refused to serve us because it was a “pay only” bar, and we even had to pay extra for canned beers.
The resort was overcrowded, making everything feel stressful instead of relaxing. There were constantly long lines just to get drinks, and service overall was terrible. Servers NEVER approached us at the pool, and on our last day we couldn’t even get proper service at the restaurant because staff never came to our table. The employees were generally unfriendly, dismissive, and unaccommodating throughout the trip. Front desk had as attitude as soon as we checked in. Arrived in the morning and they stated anything before check in time would be out of pocket. 0 accommodation except for the pool which was SO packed we didn’t get in.
The AC barely worked in the rooms, some of the cups we were served in were dirty, and food options were very limited. Overall, this was not the relaxing vacation experience we expected. Poor customer service, hidden extra costs, and lack of attention to guests made this a resort I would never return to or recommend."
