From the moment we arrived, everything felt warm, welcoming, and thoughtfully handled. The property is beautiful, peaceful, and perfect for a romantic getaway — but what truly made our stay exceptional was the incredible service. A huge shoutout to Adrina, who went above and beyond for us. She helped me plan a surprise proposal from beginning to end, coordinating every little detail with so much care and enthusiasm. She made sure we were comfortable, informed, and taken care of throughout our entire stay. Thanks to her guidance and support, the proposal went perfectly — something we’ll remember for the rest of our lives. "Lovely hotel for our first few days in Guatemala, very comfortable rooms (hot water in shower takes a while to come through but this is normal) with a lovely breakfast on the terrace each morning overlooking a volcano and very friendly staff. Slightly further out than some hotels but still walkable to eg the main square. "
