Very spacious studio, great location, comfortable bed, good shower and good staff. Some things need to be addressed... smell coming from the drainage in bathroom, my room was a bit hot at daytime and fan was unavailable, lacking some basic amenities that an apartment should have such as glass cups for 2, wine glasses for 2, mugs for 2, kitchen towel. I'll return when things improve.

I contacted the hotel in middle of the night to arrange airport transfer. They replied within 5 minutes & that gave me confidence that they look after their guests. Room was was spacious, nice and cleaned daily. I requested a room change and this was done without hesitation. I reported minor damage to a floor tile & this was repaired within 30 minutes & checked by Mr Sirak. Very efficient. The hotel is in Bole region, in South Gate Plaza. There's a barber on the 3rd floor (so convenient). There are plenty of local places to eat & drink (juice bars etc). I tried a couple places, but nothing compared to restaurant in South Gate. It was actually cheaper than some outside places. The restaurant and bar area has several screens & I was able to watch football whilst enjoying my food. Good portion sizes & quality food, which also tasted nice. I highly recommend eating there. They prepared the food to my dietary needs. Special thanks to Mr Sirak and the rest of the team for looking after me. Special mention to Tigist & Usman who also helped me during my stay. I will definitely recommend this hotel & will be staying there the next time I'm in Addis.

The property is brand new. The room is large and clean. The furniture and appliances are beautiful and brand new. The kitchen area has everything you will need. The location is great, close to everything I needed. Above all, the staff are professional, friendly, and very, very helpful. They made me feel welcome all the time. Special thanks to Tamrat Melakeselam, Lily, Wegayhu, and the reception lady. I will without doubt come back to this place in the future.

Nothing in that facility that I would recommend for a business stay. You can get a number of better options for the same price in Addis. No proper toileteries, No proper internet connection, No coffee available though Ethiopia famous for its coffee.Staff response poor. Sunday after 3.00 pm No restaurant facility available.
