"Très bon hôtel, idéalement situé avec un accès direct à la meilleure plage de sable noir de Adeje. Grand parking pour laisser la voiture. Le buffet le soir est varié avec bar à salade, un côté viande, un coté poisson. Les chambres ne sont pas très bien insonorisé et la taille de l’hôtel fait que les femmes de ménages commencent tôt, heuresement vous pourrez vous reposer au bord des 3piscines ou à la plage. Nous avons été début mai 2025 et il y avait majoritairement des personnes âgées."

"The hotel, was very spacious, welcoming and clean. Staff were very pleasant and helpful. Pool area was spacious and clean, couldn't fault the place. Great for families. My kids a older now and found plenty to do while on site and in the surrounding areas. "

"The hotel was awesome with lots of amenities on offer. Loved that they have their own app where you could reserve your sun bed for the day. All-inclusive was offered on arrival which I paid for, however, I only ate 3 times in the restaurant so feel it was a waste of money, as I was out a lot of the time on excursions. There are heaps of places around to eat at your own leisure and a lot cheaper. Room was clean, staff were friendly and helpful. "

"The property was well maintained the biggest pool was under maintenance so every one was at the kids and other pool. It was packed but not too crowded surprisingly. The entertainment nightly was amazing . They have a kids club for teenagers and younger kids that was amazing. I highly recommend for a family vacation . "This was our first time here and we were very impressed. The service, food and facilities were great. We were particularly impressed by the number of activities, it meant we were never bored. Lots of great staff but a special mention to Pedro, Mario and Bruno for keeping us entertained."

"A perfect holiday at El Mirador. The hotel staff were amazing, in particular, Paula, Patricia and Rita who went out of their way to make sure everything was perfect. The General Manager also personally took the time to speak to us and ensure that we services met with our expectations. The facilities were wonderful and allowed for some much needed down time. We would definitely recommend this hotel."
