"The property was clean, and its location was convenient.
Downsides: There was no on-site car park, and the designated parking area was approximately a seven-minute walk from the hotel, which was inconvenient when carrying luggage.
Additionally, no luggage assistance or trolley service was provided during either check-in or check-out, despite being many staff walking around and not helping and just observing.

"Unfortunately if your rooms smell like the inside of a Kingswood ash tray the review is going to be bad. Really strong smell of cigarettes which is really uncomfortable.
Neat and tidy little motel in a central location, very convenient when you're passing through Adelaide."

"Expedia says there is on site self parking. This is inaccurate. The only on site parking is the outrageous $60/day valet parking otherwise one is shunted off to the grotty council car park in Rundle Street. Front desk staff inattentive and disinterested. Hotel needs renovation and is showing its 20 year age. On the other hand it was relatively inexpensive."
