I like the wecoming by the staff and there happy to serve and help if needed Always smiling and friendly. The room was clean and was what i was after for one night stay. Would go back for sure. Menu is a great, different menu to other pubs, still have traditional pub meals but also different options to try.

Competitively priced. Clean but basic room. Courteous and professional staff. No breakfast available on site but plenty of options available locally. I think the compressor on the fridge had given up the ghost or a pipe cracked so the room’s carpet was wet.

It would appear that Expedia changed our business credit card and the hotel charged my personal credit card so we paid twice. Can you please check this and correct it if we have been double charged

The staff was very RUDE and abrupt behaviour. My partner got robbed and reception did NOT want to hold my luggage and lying about office CLOSED and brought me my luggage to me. Staff refused to give complementary coffee or tea after I extend my stay to 2 nights. I wwent to office to ask for my black bag stored by kind housekeeping lady kindly for me,but reception office was OPEN and lying to me that CLOSED for that day @ 3pm just want to get rid of my luggage and me . I am very dissapointed of poor customers' service, I wilk NOT stay there again.
