"I don't think hotels.com distinguishes between rooms with or without a balcony. I reserved a Standard Room and fortunately, I was assigned one of these rooms. The balcony is wonderful, providing a 180-degree view of the town and surrounding hills. "We arrived at 3:00 AM after a long 13-hour trip with the kids. The reception staff member, named Omri, was fantastic to my family, especially at such an early hour. He went out of his way to ensure we had the best possible experience. What a great person!"
