"I was in town for the Jay Z concert but I got in super early. Around 9 am when check in time is 3 pm. The desk agent got me into a room as sound as possible. I appreciate it. I am always impressed by the room cleanliness and breakfast here."

"The only 2 things I can give this place credit for is being convenient to the Yankee Stadium & being next door to the police station. Other than than that my room was dirty, dust on the tables, average looking room, Wifi wasn't working, the ac unit wasn't working properly. Hotel front desk staff wasn't friendly or welcoming. The property was extremely clean, the staff were phenomenal especially Carlos at the front desk, upon arrival he gave us complimentary early check-in, he thoroughly explained everything and was extremely professional and pleasant. "We stayed here based on the proximity to a concert we were attending. Parking was easy enough with a garage next door. The lobby staff were excellent. Restaurant was okay. Very busy with long wait times. Room was very small. Really not much to do or see nearby. Walking around was a bit sketchy. No visible public transport"
