"Booked the single room for my last night as my flight was early in the next morning. Happy I got a very big room and was pretty clean and a big comfy bed .The bathroom was ok, the shower drain a bit slow. Stuff friendly and helpful. Breakfast even if I was early was good and lots to eat. Metro to the airport was 10 mins walk but with few big suitcases I asked the reception to call a taxi , hotel>airport was 5/6 mins and paid 290 TL. Lots restaurants bar shopping few mins walk . "We had a great stay overall. The staff were all really kind, friendly and helpful. Whatever we needed, they were happy to help with. The hotel was clean and in a great location, just a short walk from a local metro station. The breakfast had a good variety of options, so there was plenty to choose from each morning. The only downsides were that the Wi-Fi wasn’t working for three of the seven days we were there. There was a power cut on one of the days. However, the electricity was restored...

"The location is wonderful, right at the Konak beautiful pier. The rooms were nice and spacious but just too dark. The furnishing could be much brighter and more lights put it. The daily free minibar on the room is exceptional though. They need to work on their breakfast, not much variety at all."

"We had internet issues but Salih stayed on top of it to make sure the kids had their internet. Cleaning staff were attentive and helpful with clean linen and greeted us every morning in the hall. Hotel smells amazing and you literally hear nothing in your room!"
