"We stayed at this hotel with our two children 2 and 7 years old and we enjoyed our stay a lot. The room was clean and comfortable. Overall, the hotel is nice except the food. Food was every day same, meat and fruit as well so for longer stays eating the same, one gets tired of it little bit. The quality of food also is not so good but acceptable. "An ok stay. Definitely not 5 star, to call it that is a bit of a joke. The food is alright through the day, then the evening food is something I’d expect to be served in a Russian gulag. Some of the staff are extremely rude especially at the front desk. Which is a shame because other staff around the hotel are very nice and work so hard. A la Carte restaurants are decent. Cleaning staff are great, very hard working and friendly. The surrounding areas also not great so a taxi or bus into Kemer is required. "
