"Pool was closed by the time we checked in and we left as soon as we could the next morning"

"I have never stayed in such a hot mess. I didnt have any towels or blankets in my room. I tried calling the front desk for an hour and it constantly rang busy. The water park was absolutely disgusting. Trash cans over flowing and not emptied for 2 days. Bags of trash and piles of wet towels lined the halls. I had to scrub down a table just to have lunch with my grandkids. Im honestly not sure how this place is even open. "

"Words do not describe how wonderful I stay was skip the Hilton skip Marriott enjoy Webbers and definitely have Happy hour and dinner!!"

"Everything was so clean! The staff where great not hairs on the bedding. No dust and dirt in corners! This was a 10 out of 10 for me! Im very picky"

"Continental breakfast. Air in room was heavy, no smell but heavy air. My dealbreaker was NO smart TV. Regular cable TV without channel guide. Had no idea what I was watching. Decent place, a little dated. Probably wont return. "

"We tried checking in. We were suppossed to have two rooms. First room was satisfactory, second room had not beem cleaned. Beer cans all over the floor, one of the beds wasn't made. Window was wide open and it was 40 degrees out. Went back to the front desk, they gave us a new room. Went to check that one out and neither bed was made all the bedding was laying on the floor, there was an electric air purifier running. Went back to the front desk and told them we were gonna find a different hotel. "

"The property is old and outdated. Front counter help is less then friendly (both morning and evening). Breakfast is sparse to say the least with 3 tiny tables. Beds are hard and the water pressure in shower was not good....so in short go somewhere else."

"There may have been some issues upon initial check in with staff miscommunication. They allowed us access to the pool before our check in time and were accommodating! The pool was the highlight of our child 's stay! Breakfast was wonderful. We Would stay again. "
