"Laundry service is onky for towels. My bedding was the same for 4 days and the room smelled of smoke. The parking is safe. The service staff try but the system must be letting them down."

"Stayed here for the NCA cheer weekend. Staff would not bring me an extra blanket. They said I should already have one in the closet, I told them yes I did but it was thin and I just needed one more, she said she would check and call me back. Never received the blanket. I then asked for clean towels the next night and they told me I’d have to bring down my old towels to get new ones. I’ve never had that happen at a hotel before. The breakfast was not great either. I’m very disappointed. "
