"The staff were very helpful & pleasant. I had the insurance and could easily refund one night since my trip was cut short by one day. And the staff immediately took care of it and with good manners. The rooms have coffee maker, coffee, ice bin, hot and cold cups, ironing board and an iron, hanging rack and plenty of hangers, my room did not have a closet, it had small refrigerator (not very cold) but my food didn’t go bad overnight; microwave (I didn’t use). The shower gel is very small so bring your own soap or maybe get more at the desk. There was a blow dryer however I didn’t use it to know if it was working or not.view isn’t that great, so don’t keep your hopes up. The top corner of the curtain in my room was ripped which made it look unpleasant . The hotel itself, could use some update and fresh paint on the walls would be great. However, there was nice artwork on the walls yet the overall look was old and something was missing. There was complementary coffee in the lobby which was a plus. Overall, I would’ve enjoyed it more if it looked more updated but it was fine for my needs because I just had to take care of work agenda. I would go back if the atmosphere is better and the lobby looks better. Overall, their room was fine. Please give my thanks to the staff."

"The room was clean… as usual I requested a quiet room preferably top floor away from everyone and everything. I was assigned the 3rd floor next to a crying baby. Fortunately they weren’t here both nights but again it’s customary to have children, pets, families etc on the first couple of floors and solo travelers on the top floor. It’s a simple concept and simple to follow it just takes a little extra time but less time than hearing and trying to fix complaints. Parking was convenient and the restaurant staff and food was good!"

"No hot water. Shampoo dispenser in shower was covered in hair. Cheese and half a bottle of soda in refrigerator. Friday night was nothing but slamming doors and screaming, the walls were actually shaking."

"My husband & I were very impressed with the property owner and the inn. When we arrived at the inn, the property owner was at the inn to greet us with a smile. The property owner informed us where all the common areas were located. In addition, we were provided guided instructions of how to use the secure codes to access the front door to the inn and our room. Our room was clean and spacious. The extra perk was the use of an adjustable bed with a remote that faced the television. There is a USB port in the room. The inn is located in a quiet neighborhood. We highly recommend this inn."
