"De verwarming gaat pas om 17:00 uur aan. De verwarming werd ook maar een klein stukje lauw, warm werd het in de kamer niet. Matras is dun en versleten. Verlichting doet het niet allemaal. Kalk in de waterkoker. Kopjes en bekers niet schoon. Douche is aan een opknapbeurt toe. Voor 1 nacht is deze retro studentenkamer goed."
"Perfectly situated for a tour of the Waterloo battlefield or, as in my case, a number of self-guided walks. My room was large enough for my needs and en-suite. The bathroom was a bit old fashioned and could do with some renovation. The shower is over the bath. First time I’ve had a shower curtain for a while! The connected Maximus restaurant, which serves both breakfast and dinner (and lunch also if you want it) is very good, food was excellent and beer was good!"
