Hervorzuheben ist das Personal, man hatte einen eigenen Guide, der sich um alles gekümmert hat. Das Essen serviert, das Auto zur Unterkunft gefahren, Feuer gemacht. "The hotel was ok. It is located centered in the souks and the walking distance to many activities. The staff is not accommodating, they do the bare minimum. I asked for a hair dryer my entire stay and kept being told there isn’t one available to go back early in the morning when people are checking out. I asked about the salon and I was told to wash my hair only room and the person would come to dry in my room. I told them there isn’t conditioner and was told the salon also doesn’t have hair...

"Great staff at the desk and at the bar. A taxi ride away from the center of the city, but taxis are plentiful and cheap. Great atmosphere, and lovely pool (which closes oddly early, though)."

"Terrace door did not lock and we had to get maintenance in daily. Main bedroom door also was problematic closing. Construction work within 10 metres to our room. Very noisy and dusty. No sauna, spa etc and very small outdoor gym equipment next to pool. Cannot use in the heat. Had to ask repeatedly for water, shampoo, towels etc. Felt like we were annoying the staff by asking for our door to be fixed daily and water. However great location to both old and new town."
