"No 24hr light and the environment not suitable"

"Kings solomon hotel is not an hotel,i got there and i was told they don't have the information of my reservation, my money were not refunded ,i never slept or spent time there ,i was standard i have to look for another hotel that night, even when i presented receipts of payment,nothing was done, please i need my refund. "I would not recommend booking this hotel through Expedia based on my experience. The reservation I made through Expedia was apparently not recognized by the hotel, leaving my guest without accommodations upon arrival. As a result, my guest had to pay out of pocket for another hotel.
