"Staff really really kind, pools are awesome"

"Never again will I set foot in this hotel! The entire experience was a nightmare from start to finish. The bathroom was a disaster the toilet was broken, and within minutes of turning on the shower, the floor turned into a swamp from the slow drainage. We couldn’t even bathe properly and ended up doing a miserable under-the-sink wash like we were camping in a rundown shack. The towels were disgusting, covered in huge brown stains, and there was no toilet paper we had to go down to reception and...

"Een heel leuk verblijf gehad met de kinderen. Het eten was lekker en het personeel is erg vriendelijk zeker in het restaurant. Daarnaast vonden we het er ook erg schoon. Het animatieteam was ook erg leuk en er waren genoeg activiteiten voor de kinderen. Enige minpunt is het aquapark. De ene dag mocht mijn zoon wel van de glijbanen en de andere dag mocht het niet. Veel te veel overbodige regels en we voelden ons niet vrij om te zwemmen."

"Die Anlage war schön- geschmackvoll und der Hauptpool war angenehm- der Rest- Zimmer und Essen war nicht dem Preis entsprechend- Personal gibt es sehr viel aber stet leider viel rum und räumt 3h das Mittagessen am Pool nicht ab. Auch die Auswahl beim Frühstücksbuffet ist nicht viel"
