"Fantastic apartment with good soundproofing / adherance to quiet hours. This is not a hotel; during your stay you are responsible for keeping your space clean. Our room was sparkling upon arrival, with a gorgeous view of the mountain across from us. Our host was very considerate and even let us try some of her homemade wine.
The apartments were walking distance from several phenomenal restaurants. The beach I would not recommend walking to. The distance is small but the incline is massive....

Good air condition and amenities. Location was also great, only a short stroll to the harbour front where restaurants and bars are plentiful. Agia Efimia is a really pretty town and a great place for exploring the surrounding area of Kefalonia. All in all a very good experience and would definitely stay again. "

"We had an excellent week in room with double bed. Area is quiet and it was possible sleep window open. Balcony was big enough and all was clean. Only minus is small space for shower.

"Had an amazing family holiday in Kefalonia staying at Niko Studios. We were welcomed on arrival, apartment was stocked with essentials (and some non essentials!) and very clean.
Can't fault at all. Location is perfect, just off the main strip so everything you need is walking distance including an abundance of restaurants. Beaches are a short walk and a supermarket opposite.
