Staff were quite attentive and kind and compensated with help with luggage on precarious stairs. Soap dish shattered in shower when I grabbed at it. Shower was most roomy and easy to use on our trip. Staying in Galissas is perfect if you want that beach experience yet it was a quick 15 min bus ride into Ermoupolis with the bus stop across the road. The staff was very nice and helpful, they organized taxi for us and car rental, and gave us recommendations for places to visit and where to eat.
