"Great"

"Unfortunately had a terrible one night stay at the hotel. Despite air conditioning being a listed amenity on Expedia, the AC control was locked and not available to use. My husband and I woke around midnight and it was far too warm in the room to sleep. Spoke with a male from reception who advised there was no AC in the whole building (they only allow it in the hot summer months despite it being about 26 degrees in the room). Asked for a portable fan and he said they did not have one and to open the door. He was not pleasant to speak with and ultimately unhelpful. The rooms are absolutely not sound proof and we could hear people from upstairs walking around and moving furniture. The glass door to the patio also lets in a lot of sound and the area has busy traffic. Snacks, drinks and coffee all cost money and the only complimentary items were two small bottles of water. Fridge was unplugged and originally not working. Bathroom was very small. Not worth the money and I would recommend skipping this hotel. "

"Brilliant location, with close proximity to key attractions. Good bus services in the doorstep as well as tram. Bar excellent with really delicious food served by a super team. Breakfast fantastic choices available. Room excellent. "

"The property is conveniently located one block from the seaside, approximately 20 minutes from both the airport and the center of Athens. The breakfast offered a good variety and was of high quality. However, the room was relatively small for three occupants. Housekeeping services were consistent, with daily cleaning and fresh towels provided each day."

"Pool was closed undergoing repairs which was the reason we chose this hotel leaving us very disappointed. The room was clean but bathroom smelled of a strong sewer smell and had to keep the window open and maintain air circulation. Restaurant was very nice, great food and dj playing music was a nice touch. Overall if the pool had been open , would have rated this hotel slightly higher. Great location in Glyfada "

"Hotel close to beach. Limited parking but we could always get parked which was great. Staff friendly. Tv didn’t work in our room, neither did the air conditioning so nights were very hot - couldn’t keep door open due to stormy weather. We were floor 5 and there was lots of noise from the floor above- sounded like the dragging of chairs/moving of furniture all through the night "

"Obviously the location of the hotel and the hotel condition was great. But their is big problem with the service in the hotel. At breakfasts when we order anything except open buffet we never receive it, and we left without eating anything two morning.Afternoon we asked for drinks and they look after us after 45 mins, while checkout we asked for buggy and help it didn’t came. This is high priced hotel, and it should not be like that."
