"Amazing stay in the deluxe suite. Me and my family (2 adults and 3 kids 6-12y) had a great time here. The apartment was really good and superclean, had 1 balcony and 1 huge terrace with sea view, and was superclean and fresh. The stay is superclose to the beach, which definitely adds value as it is super easy to go for a swim, and head back for a quick lunch or rest if you don't want to spend the entire day on the sunbed. "Really bad customer service! It is as confirmed about only a bot saying exactly the same polite sentences promising to help or to contact the hotel but never do. They quickly received the hotelpayment and the information about the hotel was missleading information,  unexisting services were mentioned on the hotel, no resoect of requests either and they did not even have a cooperation with the hotel. Absolutely a scam! I wasted hours to contact them 4 times to get the status of my ticket,...
