"Easy friendly check in . Our room was very clean , comfortable bed and pillows. The furniture is a little dated but comfortable . Erika at the concierge desk was most helpful and very friendly . She helped us numerous times with a smile and kind demeanor . Trinida who works on Sunday was also quite helpful and kind. The hotel is a great location to theater , dining and transportation . We had a Pleasant visit ."

"Room was not clean I found napkins in the bathroom and I was supposed to get a king bedroom but at the concierge when I wanted to check in they told me they they are out of king bedroom and they gave me a double queen bedroom "

"If you're planning on taking public transportation from the airport or around town - this location could not be better. Being connected to GCS made getting around so easy! The hotel itself is fine. They let us check into our room at 9:30am without any issue. The bathroom had a mildew-y smell and the hot water wasw luke at best, but overall ok. The beds were comfortable. And the hotel was pretty quiet. I would stay here again."
