"The apartment is up a hill along an unmade road. For this reason a car is essential. However it also means that you have a fabulous view which we really enjoyed. There was a slight misunderstanding about the check in time but Nola talked us through entry to the building and was with us very shortly afterwards. She was very helpful and gave us a lot of information about restaurants and places to visit. The pool is more of a splash pool than for swimming and it was very clean. We did not see the pool attendant so didn’t have the problem other reviews referred to. We were very lucky that we did not have neighbours above or at the side so we felt very private and enjoyed the peace. You should be aware that there is only a small fence seating from next door and tenants up above would be able to look over you in the pool.We really enjoyed our short stay here."

"We had several nights here and it is one of the cleanest and tidiest places I’ve ever stayed (and I travel a lot!). Nice kitchenette with enough plates and utensils to prepare simple meals. Very well maintained property, pool and deck. Friendly and helpful staff. Great location- just a few minutes walk down the hill to the beautiful beach (find the back path). We would like to have stayed longer!"

"Captain Nick is a beautiful spot; getting to see the ocean and great places to eat all within walking distance. The beach does get packed so I would suggest to get their early and bring water shoes. The super market and all the comforts you need are there. The balcony points towards the sea."

"Great place super clean and well maintained. Helpful staff, nice balcony with road view to enjoy your coffee or drink. Espresso machine in the room and capsules offered. Amenities in bathroom too. Definitely at least a three star hotel not two as advertised"
