"Loved the property. Very friendly staff especially David at reception answered all my questions and such an enthusiastic employee. The hotel is 230 rooms or so so not gigantic which I enjoyed. Plenty of lounge chairs at pool and easy walk to the beach where you do have to go down 3 floors of stairs as its a cliff. The quality of buffets was excellent and rotated daily. Would definitely recommend."

"Première fois à l’hôtel Neptuno et je suis complètement ravi de mon séjour. Hôtel hyper bien placé, chambre spacieuse et très confortable, propreté irréprochable, restauration excellente digne d’un grand restaurant avec un choix très raisonnable, et avec un personnel parfait à tous les niveaux, réception, femme de ménage, personnel au restaurant.
