Given 2 stars only because of the service we received from the staff, especially Yash, at the reception. The rooms were very smelly and felt not cleaned. The hotel was short on linen and despite asking few times for towels and hand towels, only managed to get 1 towel. I felt I was showering in sewer water. That's how the water smelt. It was absolutely horrible.

Our room was facing the Sindhubhavan Road so we had good view. Other side doesn’t have good view. Overall very good experience except the Spa. Spa floor was very oily and slippery. She used lots of oil for messaging and didn’t wipe excess oil down after the message. I had tough time washing it off.

Convenient in terms of location. Toilet was a bit dodgy and had to call maintenance to fix. Also was strange they could not add extras to the bill. I had to pay for any extras as i went along and even had restaurant staff accompany me to the room

A bit below expectation. The rooms are nice but food is average. Room service does not provide proper utensils and we have to share cups.The housekeeping is average. We had utensils uncleared after 2 days. There is no directory in the room for phone numbers or a laundry basket or price sheet. Does not remind me of a Taj brand.

Very nice hotel. It’s in a new area of town and there are two Courtyards, and this one doesn’t show up on google maps, so you have to put in the full address to find it. But very nice and relaxing and quiet when you find it!

The duty manager Ms.Sadhana needs to go back to her school of hospitality to learn basic courtesy and communication skills to talk to customers. They charged my card without informing me or even without checking out of the hotel. And when i told them to reverse the charge as i would use a different mode of payment, then Ms.Sadhana simply refused and put me on hold with IVR options. She even refused to give me her name when I asked her twice, and I actually had to get it from another staff at the hotel. Terrible service and staff and terrible handling of the situation. Very rude and downright disrespectful. They did not even honour the booking of a city view room and gave a different room with a different view.

Pros: The property is near the business hub. Their restaurant offerings are good. Cons: Their Front Desk staff is rude and unprofessional. The lobby is filled with 6-8 front office staff members who are mostly staring at the guests when it's slow. The staff seems like a bunch of young, brash, entitled professionals who are not trained properly.
