"This hotel was AWEFUL! Definitely not worth the money we paid per night. It’s more like “motel” status. The room wasn’t clean. We didn’t even have toilet paper in the bathroom. The phone in the room didn’t work, so I had to use my cell to call the hotel in order to get a toilet paper roll. The mirror in the bathroom had something in black on it, creeped me out. And sleeping in a room next to the elevator was awful. The staff was rude when we first arrived about having to wait exactly until 3pm to check in. They were just sitting around downstairs on their phones. Construction outside the hotel was terrible. I probably should have booked the river front hotel instead. "

"There was no luggage cart. None of the staff were very friendly except the house keeper. The carpet seemed dirty & no way would we walk on it without shoes. There were no tissues. Water leaked from under the bathtub all over the bathroom floor. I would never stay here again and would probably not stay at another Quality Inn unless it was recently remodeled."

"I liked the clean rooms and friendly staff. I have no complaints and if I was to be in the area again.this would be my place of stay. The breakfast had a nice choice of turkey sausage, pork sausage, cheese egg amulet, oatmeal and pancakes.The eating area was nice and clean and the staff was in location to keep things wiped down."

"Hotel and room neat and clean, staff nice, easy parking. Breakfast was great one day, not so much the next ran out of scrambled eggs, pancake machine malfunctioning."
